Yoga


The words Yoga can be defined as the union of our body, mind, emotions and spirit. Yoga is a 3,500+ year old system of Self development, whose underlying aim is to help us understand our true nature. Underpinned by guidelines on how to deal kindly with our selves and the world around us, it incorporates practices such as posture, breathing exercises and meditation that keep the body healthy and energetic, while bringing relaxation and clarity to the mind.
