Back extension on fit ball


Strengthens upper and lower back muscles.

Take up a position lying prone on a fit ball. Make sure the feet are wide apart for stability.

Bend over the ball to start the movement. Place the hands lightly at the side of the head.

Bring the torso up until the body is straight from head to toe. Hold the position for 2 count and then lower slowly back to the start position.
