Terms & conditions

1. Entry is open to Australian residents only.
2. SMS transmissions are at the participant's cost and dependent on the rate applied by their mobile carrier. Please allow up to 2 business days for texted claims to appear in your online account. All future claims may be entered online and will appear instantly.
3. Internet-based SMS services cannot be used.
4. Registrations will be deemed to be accepted on receipt. Incomplete or incomprehensible transmissions will be deemed invalid. Aussie Bodies Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any SMS messages not received, or for delays in the delivery of the SMS message due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
5. Should a Participant change mobile telephone number, then Aussie Bodies Pty Ltd must be informed in writing, with the Participant quoting their last SMS registered purchase (unique code and last six digits of barcode) as proof of identity.
6. Rewards can only be redeemed through the online interface provided at www.aussiebodies.com.au/rewards. Please allow up to 21 days for postage and handling of your reward.
7. Aussie Bodies Pty Ltd reserves the right to request proof of purchase for any registered purchase.
8. Individuals, athletes, and sporting teams that are sponsored by, or receive complimentary product from, Aussie Bodies Pty Ltd are ineligible to participate in Aussie Bodies Rewards.
9. Product images are provided as a guide only. The shipped product may vary from the displayed image.
10. Aussie Bodies Pty Ltd may SMS members with special offers from time to time, which members may opt out of at any time, however members who have opted-out may still receive account-critical information.
11. Aussie Bodies Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate the program at anytime, without notice.
12. Members can invite as many friends as they choose, however only friends who are not members (or who have not been members) or who have not already been referred, can qualify for the 'Refer A Friend' Promotion.
13. Except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions, Points will not expire as long as the Member remains an Active Member.
14. All Points held in an account of a non-Active Member will expire at the end of the 12th consecutive month for which the Member has not submitted points or redeemed rewards.
15. Points cannot be re-credited once they have expired.
16. Aussie Bodies Pty Ltd reserves the right to reverse or cancel any points credited to a Member incorrectly, or not in accordance with, or in breach of, the Terms and Conditions at any time.
17. Aussie Bodies Pty Ltd acknowledges that certain laws imply terms, conditions or warranties into contracts for the supply of goods or services that cannot be excluded. Clause 18 is not intended to exclude or restrict the application of such laws.
18. Subject to clause 17, Aussie Bodies Pty Ltd and its employees or agents are not liable for any loss or claim of any kind (including, without limitation, consequential or economic loss or loss of profits), arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or Aussie Bodies Rewards, including, without limitation, any changes to the Terms and Conditions or Aussie Bodies Rewards, save to the extent that such loss or claim arises from the negligence or wilful misconduct of Aussie Bodies Pty Ltd, its employees or agents.
