Gluten Free White Bean Hummus with Garlic
The perfect aperitif to take with you on a Spring picnic - enjoy with rice crackers and a cool drink!
Ingredients:
1 can white kidney beans
1 tablespoon garlic
3 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon tahini
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup water
pinch of Abundant Earth Organic Macrobiotic sea salt
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together until it is the consistency of pudding.
Leave to stand at room temperature for one hour before serving.
Garnish with fresh herbs.
