Liquid protein for kids
Ingredients:
1 flat tablespoon of Aussie Bodies Perfect Protein Natural
1 cup organic milk, soya milk or rice milk
2 tablespoons custard yoghurt
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil
½-1 banana and a few small chunks of pineapple (fresh or tinned in natural juice)
½ teaspoon yoghurt (or apple juice concentrate)
Method:
Blend together and sprinkle cinnamon or a tiny amount of chocolate powder on top for a naturally sweet, healthy, readily digested and highly nutritious treat.
NB: for convenience, you can replace the fresh fruit with half to all the content of your child's favourite Kidscare Fruit Smash flavour.
