Can I take L-Carnitine and Protein at the same time?


The absorption of L-Carnitine will be reduced if you take it at the same time as your Protein powder.  For best results, take L-carnitine on an empty stomach, 30 minutes to 90 minutes before exercise, and away from protein in water.
