I've gained in muscle mass but my goal now is to cut up. What supplements do you recommend?


Before even considering supplements, the best thing you can do for yourself when trying to 'cut up' is to take a good look at your diet. I urge you to check out the PCF Calculator, selecting the goal 'reduce body fat', then incorporating the target recommendations for protein, carbs and fat into your daily eating patterns.

Then, as far as supplements go, using a supplement n L-Carnitine and Garcinia. L-Carnitine, in conjunction with a PCF-controlled diet, speeds up fat burning by encouraging the burning of body fat as a preferential fuel. The Garcinia component prolongs the activity of the carnitine circulating in the body. Take this supplement 30 to 60 minutes before exercise on an empty stomach for best results. You can also take it before meals for a faster result. Make sure you do not take the carnitine with any other protein supplement as this will significantly reduce the absorption of the carnitine which is much more expensive than your base protein.
