I don't exercise at all - should I still use a protein supplement?


Even if you do not exercise you can enjoy the benefits of using a protein supplement. Both improve your metabolism and assist weight management. It is advisable though that you start to include physical activity as part of a healthy lifestyle. Not only will you see the benefits in your body shape but you will also feel the benefits.
 
It doesn't have to be exercise as such - regular sessions of gardening, walking the dog, and vigorous housework do wonders for calorie burning, not to mention total wellbeing, mental clarity and a happy, positive vibe. I, for one, prefer these activities to exercise at the gym. A steady paced walk for 40 minutes 3 to 4 times a week is enough to reap the rewards of an active lifestyle and gives you a great opportunity to get away from it all and clear your head. Apart from a good pair of walking shoes, it costs nothing.
