Can I safely use Colostrum if I'm lactose intolerant?

Generally you should have no problem using Colostrum. As the amount of Colostrum per serve is very small and the amount of lactose as a percentage is small, it would be unlikely that you would react to it. However if you are grossly "allergic" to lactose rather than just intolerant, then you should consult a qualified practitioner.
