Creatine seems to work best with carbohydrates. But if I'm trying to maintain a low carb diet, how do I get the best of both worlds? For instance, would 30g carbs with each dosage of creatine (4-6 teaspoons a day) support my efforts or spoil them?

This is an excellent question! It shows that people are really starting to think seriously about nutrition and supplementation.

This highlights one of the reasons why Aussie Bodies produces Creatine Blast. Most scientific studies show that creatine is most efficacious when taken with a high glycaemic index carbohydrate.

For those who want to optimise their pre-training carbohydrates levels while receiving the benefits of Creatine, Creatine Blast delivers the goods. However for those wishing to "keep a lid" on the carbs, a micronised creatine taken along with 50mL of fruit juice is an alternative. The 50mL fruit juice will yield between 5 and 6 grams of carbohydrate, which should be included in your daily carbs count.
