The recommended serving of Perfect Protein is 3 tablespoons. How do I know if my measurements are correct? When I measure out three tablespoons, it doesn't look like very much.


Regardless of tablespoon size, the correct serving of Perfect Protein is 40g.  To make this more user friendly, we have given an approximate measure of 3 tablespoons.

The only way to be perfectly accurate is to use a set of scales, but this degree of accuracy is mostly unnecessary.  The tablespoon  we discuss is not a level metric measurement, but instead a rounded heap sitting on top of the spoon that is a generous serve, but not too heaped.
