Your book and website have a strong protein emphasis. Does this mean you would support a vegetarian diet or discourage it?

Whether someone follows a 'vegetarian' diet or not, is ultimately their own choice. Many friends of mine are vegetarians, but some have chosen this path purely for health reasons which I think is crazy. If you are planning to become vegetarian it is important NOT to force yourself into a change too quickly, so that your body (and mind) have time to adapt. It's also important not to override your body's true message, with a forced dogma.

Your question implies that a 'vegetarian' diet is always a low protein diet. With some simple guidelines, you can receive more than adequate amounts of quality protein, even a moderately high protein diet, without having lots of meat, chicken (or even fish or eggs).

By the nature of many of the products in the Aussie Bodies range, being free from flesh foods, you could say they are particularly suited to those leaning towards the 'no flesh' dietary approach.
