Barbell close grip bench press


Lying supine on a flat bench press bench, take a grip on the bar that is slightly less than shoulder width.

Lift bar off rack and position above the chest to start.

Lower the bar down to the chest, keeping the elbow close in to the side of the torso until it is approximately 2 centimetres from the chest.

Push weight back to start position.
