Barbell wide grip bench press


Lying supine on a flat bench press bench, take a grip on the bar that is 1 or 2 hand lengths wider than the shoulders. Lift bar off the rack and position above chest to start.

Lower the bar down to the chest, keeping the elbows out and level with the chest until it is approximately 2 centimetres from the chest.

Push weight back to start position.
