Home > Muscle & Fitness > Tools > Exercise > LegsTake up a position on 45 degree leg press sit so that hips and lower back are supported by seat and the feet are placed on the push plate about shoulder width apart. Push up on push plate so that legs are extended but not locked out at the knees. Lower push plate slowly until the knees are bent at 80-90 degrees but make sure hips and lower back DO NOT come off the seat. Hold then return to extended position.
