Organic Tamari


Tamari is one of the authentic soy sauce recipes first introduced to Japan from China. Wheat free and made using whole organic soybeans, Abundant Earth Organic Tamari is a dark, rich gourmet seasoning that enhances the flavour of all your dishes. 

Unlike some commercially made soy sauces, Abundant Earth Organic Tamari is made by small producers who use only all-natural ingredients and allow the fermentation to proceed at its own pace over many seasons.

With a stronger flavour than regular soy sauce, Tamari is traditionally used to season longer-cooking food such as soups, stews, and baked dishes. Abundant Earth Tamari also comes in a non-organic salt-reduced option with 30% less salt than the regular.
