InstructionsIn a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, butter, vanilla and nutmeg until creamy. In another bowl lightly crush 1/2 cup Fibre 7 then mix in raw sugar, oats, flour, raisins and baking soda. Combine the contents of both bowls until blended. Fold in the remaining 1 cup of uncrushed Fibre 7 and mix until well blended. Lightly spray baking sheet with non-stick spray and evenly place tablespoons of dough onto pan. Lightly press down on cookies until 1cm in height. Bake at 175°C for 15-17 minutes, or until lightly browned. Makes 24 servings. |
