I have started on my new PCF diet, but I can't find all the foods I eat in your book. How do I find the PCF for all the other foods I usually eat?

The first place to look is the PCF Menumaker  on the website. The Menu Maker contains an extensive list of PCF figures on all your common foods, including your Aussie Bodies supplements.  Here you can even formulate a daily menu designed to hit your specific PCF goals. If it's not there, please email me  on enquiries@aussiebodies.com.au as I can find it for you and add it to the menu maker.

A good source for nutritional information on the foods you are commonly eating is by checking the nutritional panel on the packaging.  The nutritional panels are an informative outline as to how much Protein, Total carbohydrate and Fat exist per 100g and per serve.  This is a handy resource to help calculate the PCF of pre-packaged foods that consist of more than one raw ingredient such as cereals, breads, flavoured tuna etc…

Another useful reference for raw ingredients is an online database  provided by the USDA in which you can search by ingredient for most foods.
