I work out 4-5 days a week and play rugby league but I still can't lose enough body fat to see my muscles.


If you are eating 50g fat per day that accounts for 450 calories. The 160g protein accounts for 640 calories, so you must be having 910 calories from carbs (227g). There's part of your problem!
 
You need to get those carbs down to 160g per day and don't be so focused on reducing the fats (in fact you can let them come up to around 60g. When doing cardio (which should be 3-4 times a week) make sure you are working at a fairly light intensity - around 65% age rated maximum heart rate.
 
You can also supplement your exercise routine with Life Fat Metaboliser (which contains L-Carnitine and HCA) about an hour before your workout and then have a protein shake after your workout.
