I love breakfast time because I LOVE eggs and there are so many delicious ways to enjoy them! But if you're really pressed for time, there are also plenty of ways you can enjoy Life Protein Shake.
Try this:
- Mix 2 tablespoons of Life Protein Shake (vanilla or strawberry) into 200g low fat yogurt. Pour this yoghurt mixture over 20g of your favourite cereal and sprinkle 1 dessertspoon of sunflower seeds on top and YUMMO! (PCF 33:40:6).
