I have worked really hard to get to the weight I want to be. Now that I am there I am scared to relax in case I undo all my hard work. Do I still need to train as hard and watch my PCF?

Since the day you set your initial goal, you have matured, you have learnt more about diet, exercise, physiology and your body and mind. In other words, you and the world have changed, grown and moved on. So it's time to set a new goal and learn more things. Now is the time to formulate a new maintenance phase PCF that you can live by on a day to day basis. With all your new knowledge about foods, this goal will be easy to manage.
