Medicine Ball lunges
Strengthens legs, hips, shoulders and spinal erector muscles.
Start with one leg forward and medicine ball held at arm length in front.
Lunge forward by bending both knees and extend medicine ball out in front at arm length.
Continue bending the knees until the back knee is about 2 cms off the floor and the ball is extended overhead. Return to the start position and do the same process on the opposite leg.
