Delivery Information

Delivery is charged at a flat fee of $8.00 (ex GST) Australia wide.

While Health Brands Australia is committed to customer satisfaction, we cannot accept any liability for the condition of your order once it leaves our warehouse. While we take all reasonable care to ensure prompt and safe delivery of your order we do not accept any responsibility for damage or delays in transit.

Orders over 20kg may be subject to additional delivery charges and may be held until confirmation is received regarding any revised charges.

If no one is available to accept the delivery the goods will be left unattended. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the goods at the delivery address. To ensure safe delivery of goods it may be advisable to specify your workplace as the delivery address so that someone can accept delivery of the goods on your behalf. Orders cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes.

Upon receipt of your order, Health Brands Australia Online Store will send a confirmation email, and advise of the approximate delivery time. Unfortunately, we cannot specify exact delivery times.
